The Liberian Consulate in Minnesota is now processing Liberian Passports.

1. Complete your application online (www.liberianembassyus.org)
2. After the payment of your fees, kindly print out your receipt
3. Pick a date for your biometric processing
4. Bring your Expired Passport
5. Bring your Green Card
6. Two passport size photos
7. A processing fee may apply

Passport Processing Date

Monday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

There will be NO walk-Ins for biometric processing. If you have a date and do not have a time slot, please call and confirm with our office. We will only be processing those with appointments.
